Assets for card design?

Are things like the card frame, font used, or other such aspects of the cards available anywhere to download or something? I also play a good bit of Magic and thought it could be neat to make an Inspirit, Flagship Vessel deck themed around Gundam, using a similar style to the TCG's cards where I can.

Apologies if that kind of thing isn't allowed, I know that kind of thing is often used for proxying which is often frowned on and not allowed for things like tournaments.

My order came in!

I made an order of these cards in foil, both sides, as well as a bunch of cards to finish around 7 commander decks. And unlike my last order, they all came out great! (In order, cards are: Shadow of the Goblin/Quint's Insight, Elephant Graveyard, Ms Bumbleflower, Clement, Bello, Hazel, Zinnia, Ziatora, Gwen Stacy // Ghost Spider, Ghalma the Shaper // Hamza Might of the Yathan, Psychic Frog, Narci, Anikthea, Reyhan, Vazi Keen Negotiator, Vivi, Maarika, and Eshki Temur's Roar)
