Ok so asked another sub and got roasted for my phone font instead lol so I'll chance it here...I want to mod and learn about cars and I wanted this particular car to make a project out of( 98 integra) ..guy is selling for 3000. Has headers and intake installed.no ac due to headers in the way. Windows dont work. Has 169k miles on it and is a push to start engine. Not sure of the cars history

This guy is selling a 98 integra for 3000. The windows dont work and it needs a new bumber. It has headers installed and intake. But no ac due to headers. I really want this as a project car to learn and build. Is it worth it and is it a good starting point to build around? I know close to nothing about cars but willing to learn and get dirty
