Thoughts on this DA9

I think this is pretty clean car just curious your guys thoughts on the price. 3900$ with unknown maintenance history, owner says there’s a squeak coming from the engine bay, dent in front left fender and CEL light on. I’ve been in talks with the owner and he is currently firm on the price like 0 wiggle room, he told me to reach out end of the month and if he’s still sitting on it he’d be open to negotiating. I personally wouldn’t want to spend over 3200 just because I know I’m going to be doing timing belt and water pump immediately. I just also know that these are pretty sought after now and would hate to see a clean DA9 clapped out by some kid lol. Is 3900 reasonable ?

Import vs stateside

With the current market, am I crazy for saying that it’s better to import from Japan than trying to find a decently priced non-clapped out example stateside? The prices for decent chassis have gotten ridiculous.

Is this normal after installing engine mounts

I’m not inferring if anyone has installed the 75a hardness innovative engine mounts on their integra. With the ac on you can visibly see and feel the vibration at idle. I’ve drove my car for about 300 miles since installed and just wondering as I understand the 75a bushings are meant for track use and they were out of stock of the 60a bushings

Thinking about this one…

Hi folks thinking of jumping back into the Integra community. I had a 98 LS sedan as my first car back in the day mid-2000s. Didn’t have the time or money or space or know how to make a project car of out it then. Twenty years later I’ve been looking to realize my teenage dream. Found this on Martketplace after looking for 3-4 months. It’s not perfect but it’s clean title GS-R with less than 150k miles that’s not modded to hell and less than $10k. What do you guys think?

Integra survivor

My old Integra gsr was involved in a minor fender bender. Insurance elected to total the car but for me, this car will always be with me.

Decided to respray the car, fix some body damage occurred over these 30+ years. Turned out pretty decent!

Plan is to continue fixing things here and there, mostly suspension, and make it Classic Hondas on the Dragon in October. Long journey but I know we can make it!

Whats the plans with your golden era honda?

Thanks for viewing!

Need bolts

I've manual swapped my 94 Integra and finally managed to get the bracket with the mount but the bolts that came with the mount don't fit. Does someone know if I could find them in a auto parts store or should I go to the junkyard. I know that 94-96 civic have similarities to Integra, are there any other Honda's I'm able to get these bolts from? (Chicago)

Should I buy this 2000 integra $1600?

Been looking for a project car this summer. This integra is posted for $1,600. Needs a clutch. Is this a good deal? Want to work on something different besides my annoying vws lol. Obviously I’ll try to do some negotiation but I’d like to hear some other opinions

Send advice!!! Thinking about picking up this 99 GS as a daily/project. Is it worth it?

What’s up everyone, trying to get some opinions on this 1999 Integra GS hatchback. Context: this would be my 2nd car. To be completely honest I don't have much car experience, but I want a nice, fun car that I can daily but also slowly build and learn how to wrench on. For the build, I don't plan on doing any engine mods mostly just focusing on cosmetics and other basic things to make it look clean. The car has 186k miles on it. The seller has it listed for $5.5k (dropped from $7k) but there’s no way in hell I'm giving them the full 5.5 for it lol. Here are the problems they listed: • Check engine light is on (seller claims it's just "some random thing" they never fixed) • Driver side window has a broken switch • Driver side has no key lock, so you can only lock/unlock it with the key fob • It's on brand new coilovers, has aftermarket wheels, and a Type R wing. Paint looks kinda matte/faded though. Assuming the issues they listed are literally the only ones wrong with it, do you guys think this is a smart purchase? I definitely want a fun build but I still need to rely on it every day. Also, what do you think is a fair price to offer them considering it's an auto and needs some work? Let me know what you think, thanks!

Worth it?

This guy is selling a 98 integra for 3000. The windows dont work and it needs a new bumber. It has headers installed and intake. But no ac due to headers. I really want this as a project car to learn and build. Is it worth it and is it a good starting point to build around? I know close to nothing about cars but willing to learn and get dirty

The car has 28k miles. Starting to worry what this sound is. Happens when I turn off the engine as showed in video.
