Integra found but is it worth?

I am looking to buy my first car after saving from crappy job and behold this integra pops up like a miracle. An 1998 Acura Integra · LS Hatchback 2D. I know this isn’t the most sought after version but I love the look of the car. Would it be worth it to buy this and fix her up? The issues he lists are “Runs real good, but minor repairs to pass inspection. Needs right front wheel bearing and body putty in front of right rear wheel”. Please help me out I am a total newbie!

Ordering off the dell website using dellpay need help

i ordered a monitor and used the dellpay pay 4 times offer. Except after I put my card info it said there was an issue with my payment. i check my bank app and it shows theres 25% of the order charged twice and refunded once. So i check the orders under my dell account and it shows 0 orders. Is this usually how it goes and dell will sort everything out or is this a situation to contact my bank or dell support?
