Problems with the Support Portal?

I had a ticket back in December resolved that was solved by an RMA of my device, but I've started having the same issue on this new device as well. So I emailed the same ticket response from back then. I wanted to open up another ticket just in case re-opening the original ticket wouldn't work, but the support portal just won't send me either a password reset link or a link to confirm a new account?

What's going on with this? Or, will emailing back the original ticket chain be fine? Does anybody know?

Original ticket was 2008700279. When I responded to the last email I got for it, seems like it opened ticket #2008974537.
