Is there still hope for this rose

This 3 year old own root Pretty in Pink Eden was so flushed last year. Last fall she had soft flies laying eggs in the canes which hatched. My reaction was to prune all the infected canes plus some. I had left the plant overwinter with leaves and even dried flowers on the canes without any protection and we had a hard cold winter. Now she would not wake up from dormancy. Her neighbor,, Earth Angle is already full of leaves with a few buds. I cut one of the canes and she is obviously alive. My regular Eden climber is also full of leaves. Is there anything I can do to revive her? Thanks

Currently super burnt out in big 4 consulting and is dreaming of having a normal 40 hour a week job. I know similar job in the industry would probably pay only half of what I am making now. I am financially sound with healthy savings and retirement account. My spouse works and we have a modest lifestyle. Is it crazy for me to throw away what I have careerwise just so I can have a good night sleep and not have to work on RFPs on Sundays.
