As the title says, I recently got a replacement dongle for my Razer Blackshark V3 X Hyperspeed for Xbox. I tried following the directions on the Razer pairing utility, but it doesn't let me progress past "plug in the dongle." I can hear my PC picking up the device AND the headset, but the tool isn't doing its thing. Any help is appreciated.
