The email said "emergency situation or severe weather". I know it was raining there the first day, but not yesterday.

ChatGPT says this is a standard message, and probably means either there's bad rain or there's a backlog. Is that right?

I notice it was scanned roughly the same time both days, which does make me think they're just scanning the packages at the end of the day that didn't go out for delivery that day. So is it just a backlog?
