Week 8 on 5mg and I'm somehow managing to have zero weight loss AND constant nausea at the same time. Like I'm getting all the downsides and none of the upside. Appetite is somewhat suppressed but not enough to actually move the scale apparently.

I don't know if I should push through and wait for it to click, ask to go up in dose, or just accept that this isn't working for me. Feeling pretty defeated honestly.
