Patriarchy is the result of power dynamics, it's a pre planned system of nature, which is similar to capitalism we just created new tools for modern capitalist era like money and power of position but capitalism was the only way of surviving it's not something what we created it's just a plan of nature we are just following the laws of nature and universe because we wanna survive. We need power in every factor to survive it can be physically, financially (human's made capitalist tool), emotionally and for this we created this all.

But the thing is we are above nature and we go against the system of nature because we have consciousness which forces us to do something above nature, above the rules. So that's why humans made morality, law and justice. And chose democracy over a power dynamical system. But still it's existed but it's hidden in the name of democracy, law and justice and morality.

For example we all know giving love to a kid is morally right, giving support, basic freedom is his rights. But an alcoholic father is beating him everyday and cursing him everyday not giving freedom to him, it's only because that kid has no power in the financial way for surviving he needs to rely on his father and his father is using him to release his frustrations. Once that kid grows up and has financially that power comes over him and he would do anything he wants to his father. So it's a game of power which applies to everything. Power rules over everything and suppresses the truth.
