Not beating the chiefs favouritism allegations

Recently did all the vacuum lines on my 2004 325XI and am now getting lean codes for both banks, and what sounds like an air leak when I tap on the pedal prior to RPM’s rising.

Any clues as to where my issue may be based on the sound in the video? Cheers!
