Is "Development" a real thing or just rebranding
DRP 2.0 full retirement 9/30/25. My application has been with OPM since 11/26/25.
Last I logged into ORA (2 weeks ago), my status was "under review" where it had been since November. There was a list of steps on the webpage.
Today I logged on and my case stage is Development (gathering and verifying details). There is no longer a list of steps. Sounds like a more encouraging label for the same old space.
Is this a sign of progress or are they rebranding the steps and removing the list of steps to obscure a lack of progress?
