Hello I have read so many scary and negative 20 week scan stories on here and it made me so anxious and scared for mine. Well it was today and baby is completely normal and healthy, I’m so grateful and feel like it’s important to remember 95% of these appointments go well. The likelihood is your baby will be healthy and okay, even if it seems all you see are scary stories. Anxiety and worry can impact baby’s health and well-being as well as your own so if a positivity sprinkle alleviates someone’s scary feelings then that is what this post is for 🩷
