Looking for apartments Near UTA Arlington

I'm moving this coming fall to Arlington to continue my studies and I've been looking for apartments near the UTA and even a bit farther and they're all pretty expensive for 2 people that are working part time and studying, where would my best bet be at? I don't mind driving 15-20 to campus but i do prefer using my bike. I'm also thinking of bringing my dog but probably a couple months into living there since my mom will take care of them for those couple months. So far i have looked at Cedar at river legacy apartments, Lenox apartments and the Hub. This is also my first time living in apartment away from my parents

This is my first post and this is regarding my brother I hope someone can help. We live in Texas and I know Marijuana is illegal in the state of Texas. Now, my brother was found smoking it in the school bathroom (ik very stupid of him) and he is also 18 so he's now considered an adult. I know that it is up to the district to see if they're wanting to file charges against him or for him to go to school at a specific time, just leave from school to work if necessary completing a certain amount of days. Now, he went to school, never tardy yet he was arrested today after a month and a half of this happening, and 3 weeks before his graduation. My question is, why after waiting for so long and making my brother go through all of that with the school district, MIND YOU we NEVER received a letter that the district were going to press charges against him, so how were they capable to do this? My dad states that they had a warrant but then again, shouldn't he go to trial beforehand?
