Got this in a surprise bag this past weekend. Its so tiny, I need help 😭

I have never grown anything besides perennial edibles in a dome. Please help me keep this alive and well! Im psyching myself out lol.

Relative information (maybe? Idk, asking for help is hard)

The area around it gets bright indirect light, humidity is always between 65-80% (usually around 70) temp is almost always 72°f

Got a sad silver dragon in the mail, help!

I got this plant yesterday in this condition. Im not new to alocasias, but I have never had to recover one. There is a tiny new growth so Im basically just waiting and hoping it does well. I will take any and all advice pretty please!
