Housing swap
Looking for a temporary housing swap for a 3-month work project in Westwood/UCLA area.
I currently have a cozy one-bedroom condo in Long Beach and am hoping to find someone interested in swapping spaces short term. My place is peaceful, comfortable, 2 blocks from the ocean with a peakaboo view and close to everything Long Beach has to offer.
I’m mainly looking for this arrangement out of consideration for my dog and my study schedule — having a stable home environment during this project would make a huge difference for us both.
I’m responsible, clean, and respectful of other people’s spaces, and I’d love to connect with someone in a similar situation who may need a temporary change of scenery or commutes in the opposite direction.
