I’m starting my apartment search for July 1st and would love any Greenpoint or Williamsburg agent recs, especially ones who are actually tapped into the neighborhood (not just blasting Streeteasy links).
What I’m looking for:
• Studio or a bedroom in a 2BR
• ~$2.6k budget (flexible for something special)
• Lots of natural light
• Not on a super loud or dirty street
A few things about me:
• 30s working 4x in office in tech (moved originally with Google)
• Clean, respectful and sleep through anything (dinners, guests, tv it simply doesn’t bother me)
• Social, but home is my place to recharge
• Love walking, reading and dancing
