Thoughts on Car Camping Tents

So, I’m looking to get a car camping tent this week while the sale continues and I wondering what the consensus is on my options.

Background - My wife and I have a dog and a son nearing double digits and we want something that’s quality but also good and roomy but I don’t want some overkill tent. He’s also a Boy Scout, so it will likely get used more than at the state campground.

My initial thought was the Wawona 4 and snag the vestibule to increase the roominess but I feel 4 person tents aren’t all that roomy…

Secondary thought is the new REI Westward - 6 with the nice vestibule area - Early reviews seem positive but tough to decipher fact from fiction at this point…

Third thought is the Nemo High-rise 6 - Reviews are positive overall but no vestibule like the other 2, tbh, not sure how much I would even use said vestibule but can’t hurt to have options

Any thoughts or honest reviews greatly appreciated before I purchase over the next few days!
