Do any of you happen to know of any walk in, women’s mental health groups please?
One I could just turn up to and sit with them for a while, without the pressure to divulge. Really struggling at the minute and the more I look, the more my anxiety is trying to cripple me.
I’m 39 if that’s relevant, don’t know if they have age limits on some of them.
