I've gotten a response from X and telling me that there is an onscreen instruction when I log In but whenever I do that, There is no instructions showing! I've emailed them the same thing and gave me the same response over and over again. Anyone have any idea where I can find the on screen instructions???? I'm losing my mind!!! My acount is from 2017.
