Looking to move in from 1st week of June

Budget 25k (Semi furnished or Fully furnished)

Gated society is not mandatory. Independent buildings work too. Distance is priority, not more than 5-7Km from Candor techspace.

I am going to check out Lotus Zing and Golden Palms tonight.

I have been living in 1 RK in Wazidpur for the last 6 months, but now the heat is killing me and the area isn't good so I'm looking to move out.
