I’ve been thinking about how many fitness apps seem built for ideal routines… not real life. Especially for women juggling work, kids, hormones, inconsistent schedules, energy ups and downs — life doesn’t always fit a perfect plan. A lot of apps seem to assume you can meal prep perfectly, work out on schedule, and track everything flawlessly. But real life is messier. I’m curious what feels missing to you. What do most fitness apps get wrong for women? What frustrates you the most? Food logging? Unrealistic goals? Too much pressure? Not enough simplicity? Features that don’t help real consistency? And what would make an app actually feel supportive instead of stressful? i’d genuinely love to hear.
