Hi

I got OL from accenture and my DOJ is in July mid. Recently, the BGV team contacted me asking for additional document, so the verification process seems to still be active. Today I saw a linkedin post from my HR POC "seeking for a new job". He may have resigned already or could be leaving soon. He was never reachable after OL extension for any of my queries mostly. It is raising a doubt that whether onboaring process will continue smoothly or get delayed internally if he is leaving. Also will the Accenture team share any new POC contact details ? Has anyone faced similar situation? Would genuinely appreciate hearing any advice.

Accepted my Accenture OL on April 9th and haven’t received any proper updates after that. The only messages I keep getting are WhatsApp reminders to upload documents, even though I already uploaded everything.

My HR POC is not reachable at all. I was only able to contact them once to extend my DOJ by a week, and after that there has been complete silence. I haven’t received any welcome mail, Get Ready for Day 1mail, action item mail, or any onboarding-related update.

When I contacted the helpdesk, they said background verification is still going on and asked me to contact HR. Another person said there might be a discrepancy in my documents and asked me to mail candidate.queries@accenture.com. But when I checked again with someone else, they said verification is already 90% complete and didn’t mention any discrepancy. They again asked me to contact HR, who never responds.

Is this normal in Accenture lateral hiring? Has anyone else faced this kind of no communication situation? If so when can I expect an update.

Also, people who got OL around the 1st or 2nd week of April with a 90-day notice period — what updates have you guys received so far?

I accepted my offer letter from Accenture and received an email from the support.documents ID asking me to upload certain documents. I’ve already uploaded the requested docs, but I’m still getting daily WhatsApp reminders to upload them. When I check my email, I don’t see any new messages from them. Also, when I open the link from the original email, it shows that my documents have already been submitted. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
