For context po i got 2 years exp on database pero outdated we dont use SQL since ginagamit namin is Visual Fox Pro.
I resigned and 9 months unemployed till i got a job as a Core Banking specialist I accept the job kahit Network job ung ina applyan ko since matagal nakong unemployed.
2 months in training na overwhelm po ako sa job since its a rural bank and its a small company kaya ung job is marami like you also do tech support, maintenance, and some network too.
Also napapansin ko rin na nagagalit na minsan ung sir namin kapag nag ask po ako ulit minsan ng question sa naituro na nya ng 2x which is understandable naman dahil medyo matanong ako i take notes too pero minsan mabilis ung explanation for me kaya di ganon ka detailed ung notes ko and medyo nag aalangan pako gumalaw or mag run ng queries and database backups since di pa ako ganon ka confident
Should i resign and pursue Network career yoon po kasi ung na aral ko noong unemployed ako for 9 months and kaya parang feel ko na di ako ready sa current role ko since medyo mabigat responsibility and one failure means big casualty sa company or should i still pursue and wait till 6 months kung magiging fit po ako sa job as Core Banking.
