A woman who is in her mid 40's and has worked for Michael's since high school was just fired for overworking her shifts. She overworked her shifts because hours are at a minimum, but demands remain the same. When I started working at Michael's, I was in Heaven! I have wanted to work there since my first visit to the store. They say don't meet your heroes, don't look behind the curtain. They are so right!
