Definitely odd posting on reddit for help with a college project, but for my Healthcare policy and finance class I'm doing a paper on the North Carolina Compassionate Care Act, which aims to legalize cannabis for medical use. I need to interview either a dispensary owner, or someone who's politically connected to the bill. Would anyone possibly be able to help me? I've emailed several people, but haven't gotten any responses, so thought I'd take a shot and ask reddit.
