I’ve had these headphones for about a week now. They’re amazing I’ve used xm5 and xm6 before. Comparing them I would say the 1000x beats them in sound quality. ANC is the same even if it’s supposedly better I would say it’s negligible. CINEMATIC MODE and MUSIC MODE WITH UPLIFT is one of the reasons to get these. It makes the sound quality extremely better. BUTTT THE #1 thing that is making me keep the 1000x is the comfort my ears would always become extremely warm and uncomfortable with previous models. That alone makes the price point worth it. Sony perfected all the issues previous models had to create the 1000x. Can’t wait to see what else they have to release.
