K2 Pro Z-offset issues (I think)

Have been printing everything fine for the first few months then one day I had an “abnormal Z offset homing” error and things have been off from then. Most prints fail on the 1st or 2nd layer (see pic for the fail)

  1. What can I do to level my bed more
    2.how should I go about manually setting a off set

Any help would be appreciated
