Cooling Vest Recommendations
Alright so my best friend has MS, fairly newly diagnosed in 2024. Uthoff’s is a real thing for her and summers have been brutal since diagnosis. She usually has to go cool down after about 20 minutes in 75-80 degree weather. She is skeptical of cooling vests because she doesn’t want to wear ice packs and feel wet all day, which I understand.
We’re headed to the beach this summer and I’m just concerned her trip is going to be miserable with the heat so I’m looking into finding a cooling vest that she is going to like. If she doesn’t want it, no big deal but at least it’ll be there if she does need it.
Id like to keep it under $300-$400, but willing to spend more if it’s the right one.
