Just got to know about IIM Rohtak's director Dheeraj Sharma.

Last year, he was placed on leave by the Board of Governors at IIM Rohtak for 'misappropriation of public funds'.

He was also accused of faking an undergraduate degree and not being able to prove his ug degree for almost 5 years. A lawsuit was filed against him.

Then the worst part, a female professor joined IIM Rohtak in 2017 and was sexually assaulted and raped multiple times by Dheeraj Sharma. She filed an fir against him. (I'm posting a link)

Fools like him are running these powerful and prestigious institutes. He's still serving as the director, no action was taken against him even after 3 lawsuits. Many seniors at IIM ROHTAK shared that he's a creep and judges girls on the basis of what they wear and can't stand opposite genders talking to each other.

A little context -

So when i was just 4 years old, my family shifted to a nearby village and i attended a CBSE affiliated school. Our school didn't follow a club system and competitions were rarely conducted but I tried to grab every opportunity I could find. What are my chances at IIM'K ??

Here is my profile:-

1. 10th- 91.4%, 12th- 96.67% (commerce, without maths)

2. I had the second highest marks in my district in 12th (98.8% in best 5). I was in the TOP-10 of my state.

3. In 11th grade, I was the vice house captain. In 12th, I got promoted to the position of Chief Prefect.

4. I participated and won several school level art competitions as I'm highly interested in visual arts, I also tried new forms of art like henna designing. I won first place at a poster making competition conducted by Bank of Baroda on their foundation day.

5. I participated in public-speaking competitions (inter-house and inter-school level). Represented my school in local parades too.

I'm worried about my ECs because I've seen people with multiple national and international level accolades getting into top institutes like IIM'K. Is there even hope for me? someone pls help.

I'm a general female, getting 180+ in mocks and last year's exam. I dont have a shot at IIM Indore or Rohtak (messed up in quants).

people are saying ki 200 laake bhi kya karlega if youre from general.. but u have to clear the sectional cut offs only na to get an interview call??? last year the aggregate of the sectional cut offs was just 164 smtg. isnt it about balancing your score throughout the sections and just clearing the sectional cut offs?? or indore shortlists on the basis of aggregate score too??? im confused somebody help please
