I’m seriously losing my mind with my ex FA stonewalling me. There was no breakup, just one day they decided not to text back. Can someone please explain to me WHY they do this? After months of waiting around and maybe getting one good texting conversation each month (never about why they aren’t texting me), I finally ended it. They still didn’t text me.

Any tips on how to get my nervous system not so out of wack? 🥴

I broke NC today and reread all the old texts from months ago, with a “fresh” perspective. I am now blaming myself for being anxiously attached (which FA ex knows) and sending too many texts while FA pulled away and discarded me (no formal talk, never actually broken up with). I’m now blaming myself for not giving FA space. Please someone stop me in my tracks before I spiral and give me some words of encouragement that I am not to blame for being discarded. TY!
