I have a G7 pro and it won't charge properly for some reason. Whenever I put it on the dock the light on the dock starts blinking and doesn't stop, usually when I charge it it turns the light on the dock off and the controller has a solid white light on it. Does anyone know what I can do since I've already cleaned the prongs and magnetic parts on the back of the controller as well as unplugging everything and unwrapping and rewrapping the cord.
