I'm submitting my application to JKU Linz this September for the Summer 2027 intake for Bachelor’s in AI (might also look at CS or biological chem options).

I know summer intake is a bit less common than winter so I wanted to ask :

1. How early do people usually lock down accommodation (dorms like Raab Heim / Julius Raab vs finding a WG / flatshare in Linz)?
2. For anyone who started AI or CS in a summer semester, how was adjusting to the course schedule?
3. Are there any WhatsApp or Discord groups active for incoming 2027 international students yet?
