Undiagnosed?
32yo female
Labs:
TSH: 2.47, 1.36, 0.73, 1.58, 2.060, 1.110
T3: 2.46
T4, Free: 1, 0.93, 0.95
Symptoms: low energy, fatigue, sadness, body aches, forgetful, cold intolerance
Physical: goiter (no nodules on ultrasound), cough at night from tickling/pressure on throat
Family history: my mother had her thyroid removed in her 40’s due to uncontrolled thyroid disease (rare both Hashimotos and Graves)
My PCP just says normal labs/imaging but I think something is wrong. Has anyone been symptomatic for years before being diagnosed?
