Don't mind my horrendous skins.

That aside, I've had this issue lately where I have to click to move my cursor somewhere and then click confirm to "confirm" it. In the video provided, you will notice the UI is highlighted to indicate the cursor is there when I click the first, and it registers the second click as, a click. I can't even scroll sometimes, as I have to click once for the cursor to move there, and then scroll, you can hear me scrolling in the video (thank my ridiculous noise gate). I genuinely cannot play a game properly, especially when it comes to reaction time.
