Back pain
I’ve been dealing with this for around 5 months and 20 days now, and I’m close to reaching the 6-month mark.
I had been recovering well. I was able to tolerate walking more and more, to the point where I was becoming functional again. However, last week, after lifting something that wasn’t even heavy, I felt pain in my lower back. Since the day before yesterday, I’ve had a strange pain when sitting, and today has been the most painful day so far.
The pain is in my lower back, but sometimes I feel pain in my left or right arm, sometimes in my glutes, or sometimes in my foot — although it’s not the typical tendon pain in my feet. I’m afraid it could be a herniated disc, and honestly, just thinking about it scares me.
What recommendations do you have?
Can someone with floxing recover just as well from a herniated disc?
I really need success stories from people who have gone through this kind of issue.
Deep down, I want to believe it’s not a herniated disc and that it’s just something muscular, but everything feels strange. It makes me really sad because I was recovering well from the tendon issues in my feet — I had almost stopped thinking about them during the day.
