Urgent: Giving up my cat for adoption due to life circumstances

I have suddenly had a lot of changes to my personal and professional life in the past year.
My cat is my soul but I think I'm unable to care for her. She is vaccinated, litter-trained and spayed.
Her age is 3.4 years and he has no health issues. I'm urgently looking for a loving and stable home for her.

Recently, lost my mother and am suffering from a certain severe health condition. I've also had to give up working and the huge bills that I'm facing alone coupled with my life being unstable to the point of having to move indefinitely.
My cat has been treated with a lot of care and affection. And she has had the best food, toys, accessories which I will not be able to give her as her monthlies run into 10k and beyond.
I just want a safe, secure family for her so I'm trying that. Of course, I will thoroughly vet the family before giving my darling girl to anyone.
