I made a freezing binding spell with water and paper then hid it on the freezer, but after some time the person I bind myself to found it.

I’m glad I wasn’t seeing them in real life because I was sooo ashamed… My eyes went black, I started shaking and sweating so much because of the stress.

He unfroze and read all of it. I wrote his name, and that he would be obsessed in all kinds of ways, so there was no way to find an excuse for that…

I found out because he messaged me with the photo of the zip bag, asking me to explain. He was angry and really upset with me. I apologized a lot, then he blocked me.

And the thing is, he is really conservative, and we’re both male🫠

I don’t know how to bear with that quilt and shame of it, please help me😭
