I usually have anxiety, but I have noticed it will great worse around ovulation based on my Flo app! I will have a panic attack and be convinced that I have to call 911 every time! Any kind of advice would be greatly appreciated. I have never taken medication for depression or anxiety before, but now I am considering. If you are on meds, what kind? And has it worked out for you?
