Trying to figure out if hrt is truly what I need.

Hi everyone :) Very likely trans fem is how I describe myself as I’ve been feeling this way for years and can’t see a future where I’m not a girl, but I’m still tentative and slightly doubtful being where I am at the moment. My question is basically that things like doing my makeup and hair nice don’t really make me feel as euphoric as I’d like them to, would hrt be the thing that really does make a difference for me?

I’m not against it, in fact I can only see it being beneficial for me as all the perks sound wonderful, but I’m still just as I said tentative and doubtful and don’t fully know where to start/go from here. I hope any of that made sense, thank you ❤️

[Routine Help] Bacne Routine!

I have moderate back acne and am trying to put a routine together, I’m looking at the CeraVe SA Body wash at the moment and just wondering if anyone recommends it too! As well as some other questions like how often to scrub/exfoliate, how long to leave the wash on and even some tips for applying it myself? I don’t have anyone who can help me do it, thank you!

[Routine Help] Too much for bacne?

Follow up to my previous post, I have moderate back acne and have decided to go with the cerave sa wash. I will apply it daily and leave it for 30-60 seconds, but I also exfoliate with a scrub cloth at least twice a week, just wondering if that’s too much and could damage my skin barrier? Thank you!

[Routine Help] Bacne Advice!

I currently have what I would describe as a fairly moderate amount of back acne and am just looking to create a routine to help. I currently use a back scrubbing cloth after conditioning my hair to avoid the pores clogging, but don’t use any washes with good ingredients and was wondering what I should look for?

CeraVe’s SA body wash is what I’m looking at getting, but just wondering how often I should use it, how to use it effectively or if anyone has any other suggestions? Thank you!

Don’t know what to do or how to feel

I’m, what I describe as, highly likely trans (mtf), as it’s the only perception of myself I have for the future, it’s all I’ve ever seemingly wanted, but the more steps I take the less exciting it feels and the more I’m not sure. I ask myself if I want to go on estrogen and everything in my heart says yes but in my brain says no. I want all the benefits of it but maybe I’m just afraid of change.
