ive had gi symptoms since last June 2025 where it was quiet bad including burning acidy pain, changes In stool consistency, dull aching in above belly button, constipation diarreaha, food intolerances, I find milk can aggravate it even though was never intolerant to it before. over time symptoms have improved however I have not felt hunger since before this began and there’s is a persistent dull mild burning sensation in my stomach. I have had 2 stool test and endoscopy all negative for h pylori however I bought rapid home stool cassette test from Amazon which 2 were faintly positive I told gp and he said he would be willing to give antibiotics, I told him I would think about it, could anyone give thoughts? it’s been very irritating.
