Hi. I have a recent PsA diagnosis and am waiting for insurance approval for my meds. I traveled this past weekend and have been wiped out ever since. I've noticed this pattern the last few years with flying - I'm exhausted, stiff and in pain for a few days every time after a flight. Is this a PsA thing? What helps?
