I’m building a serious content pipeline and looking for a skilled video editor who understands retention, pacing, and storytelling—not just basic cuts.
What you’ll work on:
YouTube videos (long-form, engaging storytelling)
Reels/Shorts with strong hooks and retention
Clean, modern editing style (not overused templates)
What I expect:
Strong portfolio (proof of high-quality work)
Understanding of audience retention & pacing
Good use of sound design, subtitles, and motion
Ability to take feedback and improve fast
Consistency > excuses
Tools: Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut (any is fine if output is strong)
Payment:
Paid per project (rate depends on your skill level)
Higher pay for editors who deliver real quality
Goal: This is long-term. I’m not looking for random freelancers—I want someone who can grow with the content.
