I had sent my ring off to the company to be resized and it was gone for a month just for it to return with the center stone loose WHICH IS AN HEIRLOOM CUT AQUAMARINE. I’m so afraid it’s gonna get messed up more or that it’ll be fragile. I had to send it back for them to fix but I am fuming. Help???
