Need COE rate code applied for approved Hitron CODA to receive Next Gen mid-split upload speeds.
Hello, my neighborhood has been upgraded to the mid-split network, and I was previously receiving 150 Mbps upload speeds while renting an xFi Gateway.
I recently returned the gateway and purchased my own Hitron CODA, which is officially on the "Next Gen Speed Tier" approved list. However, my upload has dropped to the legacy 35 Mbps.
I tried contacting standard chat support, but the agent refused to reprovision my modem unless I agreed to a new contract and changed my billing plan. I want to keep my exact current plan. Can a specialist please apply the correct Customer Owned Equipment (COE) rate code to my existing account and push the correct mid-split boot file to my Hitron CODA so I can get my 150 Mbps upload back?
