So 1 month before retiring i had my dental implant. For the phase 2 i need 3 appointments. 1st they will the put or screw in the abuttment, then second they will make a temporary crown and they fit me for the real crown, third is intalling the real crown. I already have scheduled appointments with the dentist in Navy Dental which will be after retirement. I asked the dentist if they still allow me to use their facilities even if i'm retired he said its fine. The dentist said its fine because they started care when im still active and they can finish it.
My question is it true that i can still use the Navy Dental. If i can, who will be paying for it? Is tricare will cover for it? Or do i need to use my own dental insurance to cover. Just wondering if anyone had the same issue before. Thank you for your help.
