Went from the worst flare up I have had in 15 years, to almost complete remission. I tried using lotion like Jergens for months to no avail. Switched to Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula and started tanning and using Red Light Therapy at my local Zoom tan. In about 1 1/2 months, my scalp psoriasis has nearly fully healed. The psoriasis on my face is gone, my nail psoriasis is healing, and the rest of my body is slowly healing. Legs are taking the longest.
If you haven't tried Cocoa butter and Tanning, that would be my recommendation. I am still new in the Red Light Therapy, but I will keep y'all posted on that progress as well.
I am not sponsored and do not receive any money for naming the brands I use, just want to help you guys out.
