Beginner pcos strength training

Hello everyone, I am a woman in her early 20s, has pcos,

bit obese, planning to start strength training for the first

time in my life, so i dont know what kg/lbs dumbbells,

kettle balls, etc i should choose/buy. Can someone guide

me please..

Also I have bit sweaty hands so I need better grip and

anti-slippery ones, the ones that doesnt chip off like

shown in some videos and are comfortable in hands,

doesn't cause injuries. I thought of buying neoprenetcast

iron/steel in 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 and 3kgs after watching some

youtube videos/tutorials, I dont know whether i am

correct or not please guide me
