AITA for Finding a Poop Towel
This got removed because I was in the wrong subreddit and I was sent here. I'd like to say this is NOT a fetish post and frankly I find that a little hurtful but I understand there's weirdos on here. I am looking for genuine advice and opinions, NOT hate. I will NOT respond to hate.
I'm 24M. My ex-girlfriend(22F) stays at my place sometimes. She was a radiant goth woman. She likes to take a relaxing bubbe bath, I get her a glass of wine and we separately wind down. Well, this being basically my first girlfriend. I'm new to this, and I'm really trying to be open and honest. This is NOT about the breakup, it was unrelated. I'm sure of that, details obviously aren't relevant and can't be given about that. This was a month before, roughly.
So, anyway, she's at my place. Don't ask me how this happened, I'll give the best explanation I can.
I go to find her a clean towel, hadn't done my laundry. The ONLY one I find, as she's in my room waiting, was... A towel with feces on it. I don't know how else to tell you all this.
I did not realize this until I saw it. I presume I must have missed a spot. How could this be, I thought. I was horrified. I braced myself for this conversation, it was unavoidable. I didn't want to hide it.
I came out into the hall and stood in the door holding it. Like I had mentioned, I aim for honesty in a healthy relationship.
I told her straight up. That I didn't know how, that I must have used it after a shower, and she tried to be understanding. I could tell she was disgusted. Not just with my choices, but with who I am. She told me to set it aside from my other laundry and hose it off the next day and not put it in with my other laundry, or to throw it out. I put it on the floor, as she asserted so, not touching anything.
She seemed to be in thought. That night she slept further away from me than usual. Everything had changed. AMITA? Or is this just a mistake that has happened to any of you?
