First Build - This is going slightly over my Budget. Help!
Hi Guys!
For context, I am still considering building my own or getting customised from a Supplier like Scan or PCspecialist in the UK. I feel it's doable on my own, but I don't want to mess up and end spending more.
I am aiming for an upper mid ranged PC, The main things I would be doing on this is
- Gaming,
- Streaming (Not as often, I just usually do it for couple hours 2 days a week),
- Software engineering(I like working on small projects for myself and I explore my interests, sometimes working with LLMs for small AI agents),
- Editing the streaming videos for youtube(Won't be any high compute editing, I currently do it through my Macbook air M2, and doesn't cause any issues).
I also am researching gaming on Linux, as I was thinking having it as my base OS. If any of you have the knowledge about feel free to comment!
This is what I was thinking for my build -- Now on Scan UK -- This comes to £1,916.38(without a gaming monitor, keyboard and a mouse) ---
- Cooler Master MasterBox 600 White ARGB Mid Tower TG PC Case
- ASUS B850 MAX GAMING WIFI W AM5 DDR5 PCIe 5.0 ATX Motherboard
- AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
- 3XS Corsair NAUTILUS 360 RS ARGB Intel/AMD CPU Liquid Cooler White (Not sure if this needed, I am yet resource coolers, the case already has 4 Fans)
- Corsair Vengeance Grey 32GB(16x2)
- AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT(16GB)
- CORSAIR RMe Series RM850e - I believe this would be fine as well - 3XS Corsair CX Series 650W but this isn't modular.
- Kingston NV3 1TB M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 3XS BULK
Then there's this other build from PCspecialist UK -- Comes to £1,847.00 ---
- Case - PCS SPECTRUM III WHITE ARGB
- AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D Eight Core CPU (4.2GHz-5.0GHz/104MB w/3D V-CACHE/AM5)
- GIGABYTE B850 AORUS ELITE WIFI 7 (AM5, DDR5, M.2 PCIe 5.0, Wi-Fi 7)
- 32GB Corsair VENGEANCE RGB DDR5 5200MHz CL40 (2 x 16GB)
- 16GB GIGABYTE RADEON™ RX 9060 XT GAMING OC - HDMI, 2 x DP
- 1TB SAMSUNG 990 EVO PLUS M.2 PCIe 4.0/5.0 NVMe SSD (Up to 7150MB/s Read, 6300MB/s Write)
- CORSAIR 650W RMe SERIES™ ATX 3.1, MODULAR, CYBENETICS GOLD

Still Researching on coolers but I believe if I don't take the liquid cooler, it would save some buffer for me. Any advice would be helpful! Thank you very much!
